 Fiberglass direct roving

Fiberglass direct roving is mainly compatible with unsaturated polyester, polyurethane, vinyl ester, epoxy and phenolic resins. It is widely used in various pipes, pressure vessels, chemical storage tanks, automobile, cable trays and insulation materials.y. It is no fuzz, even tension, fast and complete wet-out witg high strength and high impact strength.

1.Direct Roving for Pultrusion widely used in building&construction, telecommunication and insulator industry.

2.Direct Roving for Filament winding main uses include manufacture of FRP pipes of various diameters, high-pressure pipes for petroleum transitions, pressure vessels, storage tanks, and insulation materials such as utility rods and insulation tube.

Materials: Polyester tissue combo mat EMKN300/45 + 2400 direct roving + Stitched mat EMK450 + Polyester tissue  backed fiberglass UD weft combo mat (Polyester tissue has great water-resistance, corrosion resistance...and use UD weft combo mat make sure enough strength when drillings without splitings)
